Description
During the harvest : manual sorting of berries, maceration and reassembly for 2 days Vinification : 11 months in oak barrels (from our family woods) and in ovoid vat, no chaptalisation
Aging : 2 years on lees after tirage August 2021
Limited production : 2,434 bottles
Certifications : Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and HEV.
