Elodie D., as a passionate "Récoltante-Manipulante" winegrower, offers you, thanks to her environmental cultivation methods (vineyard certified Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne, HEV and in conversion to organic farming) and to her particular vinifications, a great diversity of cuvées through her Premier Cru Champagnes from the Écueil terroir (Montagne de Reims).

Our family land... “
This former family of owner-winemakers has been cultivating vines and vinifying grapes since at least 1658 in Écueil.
Through the centuries, the marriages of the family created lines of winegrowers, one of the branches uniting the families Le Fèvre – Grignon – Philippart – Coquet – Mongardien – Amiaud – Desbordes – Pouillon – Spreux. Thus the commercial brand of Champagne has evolved in 180 years according to the unions. All have been independent owners and Handling and Harvesting from their first vinified bottles.
The couples of the first 7 generations worked hand in hand, both heirs to the vines of their respective families.
In addition to the transmission of the wine heritage over 9 generations, the family history then goes from mother to daughter, alone at the head of the estate, for 4 generations.

The Ecueil vineyard
Let's start the road to Champagne ELODIE D. by the paths of our vineyards in Écueil, a village with a very special Premier Cru terroir and known for its majority Pinot Noir grape variety. The paths will meet on the village square, where the family property is located and where our presses are still functioning.
The winery
Avenue Ernest Vallé
Let's travel 25km, leaving the nearby city of the Coronations, Reims, to reach the capital of Champagne, Épernay. In addition to our historical production site with its chalky cellars, our Avenue Ernest Vallé site is the recent annex of our production where our various containers and wines are located.
Bulles et Bonheur
Let's cross the heart of Épernay, to the Avenue de Champagne, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Let's go up 1.2km from the Sparnacien town hall to the Place de Champagne and arrive beyond it, at 71-73, in front of our beautiful 19th century private mansion, former property of Eugène Mercier, for a well-deserved tasting!
