Description
Vinification : 52% reserve wines Harvest prior to 2014 aged in oak casks.
42% tête de cuvée 2018 aged 8 months in vats, “Village” plot.
6% Pinot Gris Harvests 2017 and 2018 – 8 to 20 months in barrels.
Aging : 3 to 4 years on the lees after drawing
Viticulture : Environmental culture for 20 years.
