The Pinot Gris grape variety represents 0.03% of the Champagne vineyard and is one of the region's historic grape varieties (alongside Arbane, Petit Meslier, and Pinot Blanc)
Vineyard: single vineyard cuvée from the plot 'Les Garennes', sandy soil. Vine age: 10 years.
Terroir: Écueil – Premier Cru (Montagne de Reims)
Description
Vinification: : Fermentation and aging for 6 months in oak barrels from our family Écueil woods
Aging: : on lees after bottling in February 2019
Limited production: 700 bottles
Certifications : Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and HEV
